Super Moon Rise over Mt. Pilchuck

I used the LightTrac app on my iPhone to figure out where and when

the moon would rise over the mountains on the night of the so called

super moon. Luckily this barn, which I've shot many times, lined up with

it and isn't far from my house.

I really love this shot. Great work Your composition is fab! I have been watching this moon and just cant find a good place to shoot for good comp. Congrats.

Nice colors, great composition and a lot of style. I like the way the roof of the farm house is parallel with the mountains.

Natural looking subdued colours and I like the way the barn falls within the outline of the mountains. This would make a lovely shot at any time, but the moon makes it that bit more special!  Maybe just a touch more space to the right of the moon, but that's just personal preference on my part.

I agree with you Alf on more room to the right, but there is a low newer outbuilding right there that doesn't fit with the rustic barn.
