Jack McRitchie 150 Posted March 15, 2014 Very nice indeed. Not quite gothic, it has a kind of Victorian moodiness with wonderful evening tones and an unexpected surprise in the waiting cat. Link to comment
cegeiss 6 Posted March 15, 2014 The light on the bushes was what drew me in. Then I discovered the cat as an extra bonus. Well done! Beautiful composition and use of available light. Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted March 17, 2014 I'm a little concerned that Norman Bates's mother is waiting inside . . . with cobwebs in her hair and a bare light bulb swinging about. Atmospheric. Sly cat. Tilt to the left a little strange. Link to comment
photo by patsy dunn 1 Posted March 17, 2014 Hi Line, Wonderful b/w scene with beautiful lighting, details & composition. I love the way you are drawn up the stairs. Take care, Patsy Link to comment
mountaineer1965 0 Posted September 11, 2014 I agree with Christoph, I found the cat as my eyes wondered through this almost mystical scene. Fantastic mood accentuated by the perfect toning. You could almost argue you caught a ghost in front of the door the way lighting almost creates a haze. Beautifully done. Link to comment
