alfbailey 3 Posted March 8, 2014 Interesting to note the way compression works with this image, the layers and depths are expertly rendered. This is indeed a bridge with a view, the sprawling metropolis of man made structures is mind boggling and could be studied for hours in a larger format and still find new things when looking at it next time.Very well done Dimitris!Have a great weekend my friend! dgv 1 Posted March 11, 2014 A wonderful and apt comment, my friend..I wonder how many people looked at this picture in the larger view...a lot of people, these days look at the pictures on their mobile phones and rate them too. This particular picture has to be seen large in order to be appreciated. Once again Alf, Thank you !. Link to comment

richard hans 0 Posted March 14, 2014 What a depth & beautiful picture! Love the interplay of the fg. & bg., shadows & light, arc & straight lines, great DOF & details, nice tones & contrast between cold & warm, perfect composition & perspective also, my friend! Best regards Link to comment
dgv 1 Posted March 16, 2014 It is always rewarding to hear from you my friend!. I was lucky with the light and the zoom compressed the scene in the Hamburg harbor, that gave it both depth and detail. Best regards, Dimitris. Link to comment
