The red lights and the geometric constructions of man in the background serve as perfect counterpoint to this tuft of ice-encrusted grass. I wish there was a bit more space between the second red light and the edge of the picture.

Agree Jack opinion and I think a bit more light on main subject would work better,just my opinion.

When we photograph snow or snowy landscape, always over expose +1 or +2, ( depend on the cloudy or sunny day ) then the snow going to be white with details, not medium grey. The image is nicely composed and I like the two red traffic lights.
