I would be interested in getting your reaction to this digitally

altered image. How would you categorize it? Just an average image or

would you consider it to be better than that? I particularly went for

a green/red color scheme with patterns and forms to entertain the eye.

I would volunteer that I find it so much better than average!  The colours and fine details are awesome. It gives me the impression of a giant psychedelic squid , one of those deep sea creatures that light up with extraordinary light and colour. 

It also reminds me of some of the work of Alexander Hess who produces some amazing algorithmic images here on PN. 

Very well done Tony Excellent imaginative creation!

Many thanks. I am getting some wonderful comments on this image but the 5 raters listed above had it rated at a 4.2 average before I took it out of the rating queue. That is why I put the image up for critique only to provide an opportunity for dialogue.

Tony, I agree with Pierre 7 all the way!!!  Fantastic color combination, wonderful patterns and shapes, interesting forms. I have come back to view this a number of times.  I am very curious how you created it.  AJ
