Hi Wayne,

A nice composition, especially with all the reflective components put to use.

Using the 70 mm at F/4.5 provided a "snap" to both the colors and clarity seen after the reflections.

Best Regards my friend, Mike

Several years ago I attempted to demonstrate to my son my theory that

things exist in many places simultaneously. Borrowing from my limited

understanding of holography, I set-up several mirrors in the room and

pointed out that at every mirror my reflection existed (and with a

hologram it would exist in many places 3 dimensionally). I explained

that when one sees a thing all that is really seen is a reflection and

one reflection is equal to another. Ergo if I move my hand or lift

an object, whether or not there are mirrors present reflecting that

action , the action is still happening many places simultaneously. I

have only to introduce mirrors to see it. Being a physics major my

son proceeded to try to explain to me why this made absolutely no

sense whatsoever and finished his argument with something like, “You

can’t touch it.” Far be it from me to be persuaded by reasoning or

scientific knowledge. So I keep looking for support for my theory in

photographs. I was hoping this image of a clothing store on a back

street in Venice would advance my argument but it probably says more

about “synchronicity”. Now I’ve got another theory about that.

Comments and critique welcome.

Thanks, Patsy, Mike and Maurizio.  I thought this image deserved some explanation but PN didn't allow me to request critique and allow comment at the time I posted.  I have since added an explanation.
