Wayne Sadler 568 Posted September 13, 2013 This image of street performers in Nashville, TN, USA is an unusual street image for me in that I don’t ordinarily show faces so clearly. But I figure entertainers probably would not mind the publicity. Their posture, clothing and the way they arrange themselves suggests to me that they know the world is their stage and they are always in character. Comments and critique welcome. Link to comment

lynnemass 10 Posted September 13, 2013 I had to look closely - I thought they were wax images at first. Link to comment
Wayne Sadler 568 Posted September 13, 2013 Patsy and Lynne, Thanks for stopping by and commenting. I think I have seen and heard this group before. I remember their being very talented. But what caught my attention was their demeanor/posture even during this rain break. I’ve seen this before. There is a unique way some “farm folk” relax or “take-five” – it is like a meditative state where they zone-out as if aware but unaffected by the world moving about them. Either these musicians are amazing actors and performers or they are “the real McCoy”. Maybe both. Link to comment

aarkp 2 Posted September 25, 2013 quite a cast of characters, each a study in itself - and all together... they look so much at ease as they wait out the rain patiently... a fine composition and exposure, pleasing solid colors - fine work Link to comment
