I love the chosen shutter speed that allows a great appreciation of the water movement and the background colours are just wonderful! 

Maybe a vertical crop to remove the tree in the background on the left?

Very nice picture! I think a better option would have been for the photographer to have positioned himself more to the left (if that was possible), so that the symmetry of the sprout is maintained while the trunk is eliminated!

Hi Micahel,

No personal preference comments from me.

I am just thirsty now, so I will get a drink !

The use of 1/60 second is about twice the speed that our eye "sees" the scene  as it really is. So this indicates the pressure (resulting in the velocity of the water spray) from this source. Had you used 1/25 to 1/30 second, then you would recorded the true effect as we see it.

I do like the crop, but I do realise of course it is purely subjective.
