Great job, this photo is beautiful. I don't usually like B&W but the contrast (I think that's what it's called) is great. I've been wanting to practice doing something like this. 

I wonder if you can take a similar photo and have the stars come out?

"Waterford" famous for its crystal glassware seems to have a wonderful looking coastline too! 

The long exposure is really effective, the highlights of the broken water contrast well with the dark rocks and sky.
