Almost before the first rooster has crowed or the first seagull has

cawed, this scene presented itself along Oregon's coast recently

during the short, short nights of Northern summer. Your ratings,

critiques and observations are invited and most welcome. If you rate

harshly, very critically, or wish to make remark, please submit a

helpful and constructive comment; please share your photographic

knowledge to help improve my photography. Thanks! Enjoy! john

The reflection is from wet sand from the previous higher tide.  This is an ebb tide on a very flat tidal plain, leaving the surface mostly covered by reflective water.

Hi John! For me this is the best part of the day, coming from the dark to the light...we may see that in this nice landscape ...Best regards.

This was a lovely scene and fortunately I now have the skill to capture such a scene.

I'm glad it has your approval.

I'm still of the opinion, however, that landscapes can be done by just about anyone, compared to 'street', though there are certain individual cases, and you are top notch in your production.

Thank you for your comment Doug.  This reflective water was only millimeters deep -- just a sheen of water on sand that was almost level, despite all appearances.
