Nice light and timing. I like the panoramic format. 

Dave, the wide pano is a perfect choice for this shot. Even though the subject is the wave, this shot needs the rocks to balance it out. You captured the foam, the spray, the green translucence and the length of the wave nicely. The elevation is perfect in that you did not include any of the ocean behind the wave - that would have been distracting and it would have competed with the spray. Nice concept and implementation.

Very nice panorama. You captured the long waves rushing to the shores perfectly. The two rocks nicely compliment the composition, almost pointing to the deep and add life to the image. I would highlight the breaking waves and the glassy part of the back lighted waves if it is possible OMHO.
