Ross, I like the photo.  The contrasting colors are  beautiful. Would make a beautiful painting.

I agree it does have a lot of appeal, and the softness only serves to accentuate that water colour painter type impression.

Even your mistakes look good : - )

hi Alf-Thanks for taking the time to check this image, very much appreciated & glad you like it, mistakes & all.Remember you talking bout the slogging you went thru to capture a particular image, well today was my turn, we have had wild weather , heavy snow falls & heavy rains the the last few days , a real mess, but everything looked beautiful & I decided to visit this area.,Well, it was a real workout, slogging thru wet heavy snow & deep puddles of melting snow .Arriving home to discover both legs half way to the knees were sopping wet& I never noticed, guess was too hot from the slogging thru the snow.Will downloads my images tonight & hoping for a couple of good ones after this mornings session with the weather..
