This is such a great shot Maurizio! Everything is just about perfect. If I may make a suggestion, however. Her skin tones are very similar in value to the background, which makes the overall image look a little flat contrast-wise. Ther are really no true whites or blacks in the image. By increasing the contrast somewhat, you separate her more from the background and give a little more "snap" to the image.

I've looked back and forth from the original to the suggested increased contrast and think I will vote for the original.  Very creative crop.  It has little features like the reflections on the lips and in the eye which make it so delightful.  I am going to add this to my list of favorites.
