The crop is fine, however the face looks too dark, especially compared to the bright red of her clothing. The face also looks a bit soft; it should not be with the lens you are using.

I do like this image, but it does have those technical problems. It makes it almost impossible to assign a numerical rating.

I guess you have reasons for this kind of exposure. To my opinion the "dark" and soft face fits with her thoughtfull expression - she might be "ashamed" or very shy. The composition in general is good. However, I do not quite understand the cutting on the top: I prefer either no cutting or vigorous cutting.
