I like the positioning of the bench between the trees and the way the stark winter branches look against the subtle cool tones.  I might have considered just cloning out the few intruding branches that appear upper left corner, a bit fiddly, but possibly worth it?

Ross, I really like the blue on the water.  I wish the table were just a bit more separated from the background shoreline, but that would require another shot (closer or higher).

This is a beautiful image. I love the slope of the line between snow and water. The color, contrast and DOF of the water gives it an unusual texture that really adds to the clarity of the image. And of course, the picnic table helps us feel the chill in the air! Nice work!
