The colours in this capture are exceptional Lester!! The golden hues and blues are so beautiful together. Lovely big and moody sky. Some places seem so desolate, yet the Master seems to know just the right colours to PAINT with! The knarled branches in the middle add a very artistic flare to the image. Beautiful work Lester, and all the Best for the New Year!

The foreground almost seems too bright to me, distracting from the detail of the mountains in the background. I might have chosen a tamer foreground, but that's just me. Otherwise, an excellent photograph.

Its a good example of how radiant the low light sun can be especially when contrasting with dark clouds, it looks spectacular!

I quite like the choice of the dead trees as a foreground, though I might have been tempted to zoom in a bit closer to feature them as a larger proportion of the whole image.
