Thanks, Patsy and Ruud.   I am using topaz simplify to control the degree of merging/blending edges/removing lines and then applying a layer mask to brush/restore where I feel more of the original image should show.

Thanks, Janegbert.  I think I went to this park with a mood and was open to being enchanted.  I tried to convey that enchantment with my processing.
