Climbing Tour Ronde, Mt. Blanc Massif

One of the best shots I got while climbing in Chamonix many years ago.

I just rescanned it and converted to B&W.

Excellent photo, I like the light and shadows in it, together with lines; quite a nice collection in your portfolio, too, especially black-and-white pics.

It seems to have converted remarkabley well! I really like the extremes of light and shadow and the textures throughout. I kept clicking on it in the vain hope that I could view it larger, but it was not to be.  A truly exceptional B & W and one that I have enjoyed viewing immensly.

That is an amazing image. The people perched precariously on the ridge ad a lot of drama to an already intense setting.The black and white suits it perfectly.

This is an amazing shot from Tour Ronde towards Grand Capucin. The climbers are well placed in the frame. For me it awakens fourty years of memories. Thanks for sharing. Karl
