A take-off on the Where's Waldo books. My husband and I are the 2

figures in the lower right corner. How many more of us can you find

in this reflection off what Chicagoans affectionately call 'The Bean'

in Millennium Park?

What an interesting image but most of all to be there and see this,in a world where we use to have all in almost perfect geometry this is the opposite, nice shot and point of view.

Thank you, gentlemen!  This is the most amazing structure, and I have a lot more images of it I'd like to add to my portfolio.  But one could think that would be too much of a good thing.....so we'll see.  We sure had fun watching people take pictures and doing silly things because of the wonderful reflections that are possible from this.   To give you an idea of what it looks like, go here:

I love this for all its distorted liquidity and light / shadow play, but what I like best is that when you tilt your head extreme right and nearly upside down, you can see a big clowns smiling face : - )  In fact if you flip the image 180 degrees anti-clockwise you will see it straight away............don't ask how I came to see it lol

Best Regards

Aileen, Thanks so much for your comment!  I may load some similar images in color, but I also like the B&W.

Alf, your observation powers are keen, my friend.  Yes, it certainly is a clown face.  Although I confess I didn't actually notice that in this image, I have many other images of 'The Bean' with all kinds of 'faces'.  I could devote an entire folder to just these images, but I think people may tire of so many similar images.   It's wonderful to hear from you.....thanks for your comment.  I may just load a 'clown face' before I'm done. :-)

I looked for yours, but it must be in one of your hidden folders.  I'll post more of these as I get the chance.  I want to shoot it at night sometime as well.  Thanks!

Thanks, Margo.  And this was straight from the camera.  It's really a remarkable structure in downtown Chicago that offers a million different reflection options.....a fun place to shoot and watch people make fools of themselves watching their reflections.  :-)
