Great timing, human disobedience we can see everywhere, great contrast and clarity. Wonderful, Ruud, have a great day.

A shot with a clear statement! I like the simplicity and skill of the composition.

Good Morning Ruud, Nothing escapes your very keen eye. Excellent B&W tones and of course the obvious irony make this image work well. Take care Ruud.

Nice shot, Ruud.  Why is the wheel's axle out of the rear dropout and why is it missing the "acorn nut"?  Was this bike stolen?

Wonderful shot Ruud! Great bit of humor and very nice technically. I wonder why the seat is cocked to one side and the rear fender is out of line? Strange for what appears to be a very good bike.

Ruud,

What is this? Such a good bike, but if one looks good you can see that there are problems with the rear axle. Or is it a middle finger up action to the police. I would have loved to see how they would have taken the bike away the way they suggest on the shield. Anyway a priceless piece of dutch street life. Wel seen and a fantastic black and white. Kind regards,

Herman

many thanks for your visits, nice comments and compliments!

Probably it is a stolen bicycle, which after destruction on the traffic-sign from rowdies was hanged...

With best regards / hartelijke groeten,

Ruud.

That is so funny!!! it is not often you see a sign that they will 'tow' away your bike!!! I imagine they mean REMOVE IT, but you usually see this for cars!!! Then again, so many people used bicycles where you live, Bravo for the environment!!! Excellent tonal range and focus!
