Really a terrific "trio" of images, my dear friend: people does not understand your cleverness!

 This is a marvelous image on several counts.  It is a nude, yet is most discrete in hiding the sensual elements of the body.  It is emotional, even a bit frightening, yet I am drawn to look at it repeatedly.  I get the feeling she is not trying to warn me of something outside myself but something inside.  When I first saw it and decided to comment, I was going to say that I thought that her face should be more centered, but I am (after looking at it for five minutes) now of the opposite viewpoint.  This is a haunting image.  

 I intend to add it to my list of favorites.

I agree with Jerry. The scream is very effective here and combined with the other effects, it gives rise to a complex image with strong impact. Excellent, bravo. 

Ha, the ratings. They more or less double the views and I consider them useful for that purpose, but that is really as far as it goes! I often wonder whether teachers expressed the same glee in noting schoolchildren back in schooldays, it's largely a power trip really.
