I like the wind rippled reflection and warmth of the shot, The boat looks like it has great character and the details are really well communicated. I have just completed a B & W conversion of a photo of an old boat, and the mood of the photo seems to change considerably, the only reason I mention this is because I think this has great possibilities as a B & W too! 

Could that be a tiny moon I can see top right?
