What a fantastic shot. I like what you did with the blur to focuse my eyes on the little model. Like most children images, this one is honest and expressive. This really gives an art feeling and is one for the wall. I like the mono conversion and all the detail in the clothes and of course those expressive little eyes. Great stuff. Best regards, Morne.

I am sure Teah has learned that a Camera in Daddy's hand is 'au natural' by now. She may have been in deep thought and just happened to look up, yet not with surprise. I think there is an acceptance and honesty in her gaze, and almost a 'What? Daddy' on her lips. Or maybe she is looking past you, with her thoughts 'full' of what she is seeing. I'll  never really know, but it is of no matter. These captures are the ones that reaveal the 'soul'.  The ones with the 'gaze' that will stay in your mind for years, long after she has worn thin her beautiful 'rain boots'. Superb Black and White tonal range. Rich and Full. Splendide!
