What a great capture.  I thjink it would be even better if you cropped off  about 1/4 from the right side so the children aren't so centered.  Also. they are the focus, so you don't want your viewer's eye distracted by the window slats to the right.

The building may be old and has possibly been subject to prior strife (stone window sill impact points) and repairs (L brackets on wooden venetians), but it is honourably supporting life over the years, and these two delightful children show a memorable sign of human optimism and pleasure. Everything works beautifully in your fine photograph. Bravo! Great B&W tonality, as well.
