Spectacular capture of a daily life occurence for these elegant birds.Very clean details of the birds and their bushy pedestal against the nice soft background make for an impressive image.Bravo!

Thanks Dennis for your comment and correction. The Sigma 300-800mm is a very heavy lens, you cannot use without tripod. I often use it from the window of my car on a bean cushion. I bought it 8 years ago and now has some problems with manual focusing, I am satisfied and I advise it, ciao Giangiorgio

Thanks Grayham for your comment, sometimes I use 400 ISO trying  to obtein the exposure time over 1/1000 sec  to avoid blur. This photo was taken soon after sunrise with scarce light, ciao Giangiorgio
