This is one of my favorites in your entire portfolio.  It has both dramatic as well as dynamic aspects.  The drama comes from the very dark rocks and threatening clouds, both of which contribute to the foreboding sense in the photograph.  The dynamic aspect comes from the implied sense of movement in the water, and I think the very light water "flowing" among the dark rocks and under the dark sky makes for an especially appealing photograph.
