Nice composition, model, light. There are whites, blacks and details. The girl stare makes this photo even more interesting as she seems to be thinking / pondering and one cannot help but stop and try to figure what. Nicely done !

...her eye looks rather soft to me -- am I the only one who noticed that? -- which unfortunately is a deal-breaker for this kind of shot.

EXIF gives some clues as to the possible causes: 85mm focal length and 1/30s @ f/5.6, ISO 320 -- you may need more powerful lights!

I love her soft hand and expression, great work.
