A dramatic portrait. I like how the tonal contrasts enhance the dramatic facial expression. Cutting off the top of the head and the left side of her body also enhances the drama. An excellent pose and an excellent image! Kudos to you both.

Great shot John....and a little different from your recent work. I like the tight closeup and the way you cropped it. Very powerful (if that's an appropriate critique of this kind of shot). The model has a stunning face and her serious expression adds to the power projected from this photo. Really nicely seen and nicely photographed!! C'est manifique, n'est-ce pas?

The cut is very nice and focuses attention on the girl's eyes .... The result is a very sensual photos. compliments

Even when you change the concept the results still being remarkable. This close up is full of character. atmosphere and beauty. Her expression is captured beyond the aesthetics considerations (never the less aesthetics here is overwhelming), at all, you know what I mean. Great job.

She has great face and her expression is spot on. I think you got the DOF and sharpness perfect in this one.

Going through your folder, I finally settled on this one which quite appeals to me. 

I would have taken this one and then asked her to remove the hair from covering one eye and then shoot a 2nd image.  With no sparkle in her eye, you must be using natural light  and a reflector to fill out the shadows. Whatever, I was quite impressed that the density of the skin tones seems pretty even  starting with her hand.  this is exceptional work and judging from the number of beautiful young women you have captured you must only get better with practice and age.

Thank you John, indeed this is taken outdoors, but no reflector. And yes, with the passage of time, one does try to improve I guess, and an important part of the improvement I believe is to be more selective.
