Certainly a window of opportunity especially with that 'doggie' and captured very well.  I wonder how many of the younger generation would be able to complete that title. Like Richard said, it is well framed. To me it is a black and white image with some color thrown in for visual contrast. I like all those black lines and that doggie (even matches the color scheme)  is very well placed. I like this image very much (6).

I'm with Tony on this one! "How much is that doggie in the window" Brilliant framing and I can't help but confess a bit of bias towards this as well because Jack Russels are such great characters and this little guy looks lik ehe;s no exception.  This one must be printed and framed!

Best Regards

Alf

Just PERFECT composition, square, frame, eveything. Well, generally composition is something what you should teach. Great shot, really.

Oh, this reminds me of the beautiful voice of Patti Page when she sang the song written by Bob Merrill. I like the framing and the irregular arrangement of the wooden drape somehow adds more dynamics. Beautiful photo of a scene we often see but most often ignored photographically.

I am sure a b&w version would be just as interesting.

I have the same impressions as Lester.  I love the random arrangement of the wood slats in the blind, and the contrast between the blind and white house is striking.  I tried it in a B&W, and I love it also, although I can't say I prefer one over the other.  It takes a creative eye and sharp powers of observation to find a shot like this.  Good for you!

A playful image with lots of energy from all those lines. The dog makes a wonderful landing point. Is he/she yours?

Tim, I was just tagging along with a friend who was having his trailer interior updated.  The dog belonged to the person doing the updating work.  He wasn't home, and his dog made it known we were not at all welcome.  He settled down after a bit, and I took this shot just as we were leaving.  At the time, I saw the lines but didn't see the color that Tony pointed out.

Great capture with the most perfect title! I love the lines and shadows; the expression and pose of the dog is priceless. Really great photo! Thank you for sharing. :)
