I really like your processing and use of selective colour on this one, there are some great little subtle touches , and lots of detail to appreciate. I don't like the frame, I think something more plain would do the image better justice, buts thats purely subjective.  The photo itself is different, attractive  and orginal and I'd rate it 6

Cheers Tony!

Alf - thanks for the feedback. After I loaded it to PN, I began to dislike the frame/border myself. It is a border that came free with one of the British photo magazines a couple of years ago. After this one image , I used the same template but in a different manner on the image of the little house/shack by fitting the image inside. Many years ago, B&W images were hand painted to achieve some color and I did not want to go with 'full hand coloring" so I picked a few spots.

Tony, very interesting processing. Love the subtle places you left color - it seems to ground the shot since they are mostly in the bottom 3rd. Nice effect. Dave

Not nice, fantastic! I don't usually approve mixture of B&W and color, but this time I'm simply amazed Tony! Seven all the way!

Best regards!

The color and BW work very well in this image.  Indeed it gives the feeling of hand colored postcards.

The frame I don't like to much, but that is a matter of taste.

Well done,
Ben
