Nicely exposed and processed -- just enough to get some detail on the shadow side of the nearest mountain while retaining the color in the sky.    What city is that in the background?

Not so often see image like this from top of a mountain,even in the shade can see details,excellent horizon color,did you sleep there in a tent?My best regards Zsolt.

there are 2 small ( Zarnesti, Rasnov) and a big city (Brasov) in the background, viewed from Piatra Craiului mountain, Romania. i had a tent but actually slept in a small plastic shelter in the top of the ridge. otherwise i dont think it would be possible to reach up in a good light, because of the 1000m altitude difference (at least).

Daca eram mai atent vedeam ca este profilul Pietrei care se vede asa frumos si Pietricica evident, este un frumos rasarit,te felicit ca poti sa ne incanti cu astfel de momente.
