What happens in Vegas...

This might be a common thing in a place like Vegas, certainly not

something I get to see often. Whatever prompts someone to walk around

like that it's beyond me but... Who am I to judge? I'm glad I was

there with the camera though.

I have never been to Vegas, but I have seen similar kinds of  errrm exhibitionism? (Not sure if thats the right word to describe it). but in my native Liverpool and also in Amsterdam......I hasten to add that the Amsterdam incident was in December and so cold all the canals had frozen!  Still "Takes all sorts" as they say. Great observation!
