I almost missed the lighthouse.  The foaming, angry water is great, the position of the sun is awesome...however, they both take a back seat to the lonely lighthouse sitting atop an isolate rock.

 

That being said, the photo seems to tilt a bit to the right.  A little bit of post-processing and you can level the terrain.  In my mind that one flaw takes it from a 7 to a 6.

A lot going on in this image!  Yes, you should fix the horizon, easy enough to do.  Nicely done though, what's not so easy is to get a good image like this in the first place.  I like the shutter speed you used, it maintains the sense of turmoil and action while achieving the surreal effect that slowing things down can do.  Congrats.

Clicking on the image to view it larger is crucial to appreciate the details and textures. As previously mentioned by Donn, the horizon is easilly fixed. I'm impressed by the light balance, the hard grad filter has been most effective here. The overall mood is dramatic and aesthetically pleasing.
