This place is on the loop of Lower Cathedral Valley of Capitol

Reef. We arrived there two or three hours before the sunrise.

There were on other people there since it was a very hot Summer

day. We plan to go there some time in Spring or Fall in the future.

I think you got there just in time, any later and the sun may have been too harsh and maybe you wouldn't have got the fine detail that you have here. Great contrasting colours between the rock and the sky and with good proportion within the composition.
