Beautiful composition in this image full of details. I feel connected to you as my son-in-law is an Oncologist and he is always in constant connection with his patients. My sister had breast cancer and she receive intensive tx. Like you I am fascinated by the infinite creativity possible with digital cameras and CS5.  Warm regards,
