Perfect! The dark shadowed foreground serves to accentuate the illuminated red barn, from there my eyes drift to the undulating hills and the softly lit trees in the distance. An absolute delight to view.......you must be very pleased with the outcome.

Alf said it very well; that is a good description of how the eye "visits" this scene.  i would just add that the placement of the barn is perfect.
