Wonderful play of texture and light in a vast expanse of landscape. The simplicity of the clouds allows for the tree branches to have the full dramatic effect here. The softness and crispness of the brush is wonderful in its depth.

 

(Perhaps converting to jpg caused that outline along the horizon hills, which does break the fluidity of the photo a bit.)

The contrast missing from the sky, grey clouds  would be  better if they white, on the horizon, white line clearly showing the selection. I would work more on this image to get  better  technically. The image is a very nice image, excellent composition.
