Thanks a lot Pierre, perhaps it is a "sui generis" way to interpretate the high key. Then, contrast is not following the academical rule. Nevertheless, I appreciate a lot your encouraging comment.

Thank you John and Ikka, this is one of my preferred images of this model.

What I like about this is that it suggests gracefulness (especially the high key treatment and the curves and folds of the material) yet there is tension as well as contrast which belies that grace. Her body is as tense as it is graceful and that works here. Her hair is much less flowing than the white material which is almost an extension of the hair. So, in many ways, this is a study in contrasts . . . perhaps the tension and mixed feelings of the photographer. I can always appreciate mixed feelings, because it suggests uncertainty, which is a respectable quality.

My favourite of your series Carlos. Wonderful work. The high key tones work so well both in the space provided and in the capture of the female form. You have composed a wonderful image that reflects beauty, grace AND strength. The duality of vulnerability and strength plays well off each other
