fanjan_combrink 0 Posted April 17, 2011 I like the juxtaposition of this picture, the young forgetting how to be kids, and the old realizing how to be young. Just as a thought beyond the picture itself, have you played around in "photo editing software of your choice" with this? Maybe make everything except the rain-lady B&W. Link to comment
maurocarli 0 Posted April 17, 2011 There's always a style in your photos that makes them unmistakably yours! I like this scene a lot, both for the main character in the foreground and for the women in the background, each one different from the others and with her own peculiarities. Interesting and captivating indeed! All the best! Link to comment
bob_belanger 1 Posted April 17, 2011 I suppose it could be snow? No sense being upset by a little rain. Link to comment

matthijs 0 Posted April 17, 2011 100% Nederland. (-: It's already pretty much perfect but you might consider a crop with only the left three watchers. (just to see if it works out) All the best, Matthijs. Link to comment
jeffl7 0 Posted April 17, 2011 The only one happy is the one who has accepted her fate and made the best of it. An existentially happy photo. Link to comment
alfbailey 3 Posted April 17, 2011 I love this, the "happy" persons excellent demeanour just doesn't seem to have rubbed off on the people in the bus shelter, which makes it all the more compulsive to view!Great Shot!RegardsAlf Link to comment

Guest Guest Posted April 18, 2011 This is one of the most critically captured street sense I came across because of its climatical condition, bravo my friend, your camera never fail to bring the best out of the street ( touch wood ).Thank you for sharing it and wishing you all of the best. jrickert 2 Posted April 18, 2011 You have captured something about humanity, that could possibly be used in a sociology class. This woman, playing in the rain, is also the ony one prepared for the weather, wearing a full rain cape and hat. I noticed that the other people aren't even wearing hats. She is the only one smiling, and the people under the bus shelter are doing their best to ignore her. I have been observing people on the street. So many people ignore others, but you didn't. Thanks so much for sharing this. Link to comment
