I don't often comment on portraits, as I'm no expert at all in this field, but this one really grabbed my attention. I think the expression and the clarity of the eyes is quite bewitching. The added effects of the writing paper adds a nice touch of nostalgia, and I'm thinking this is going to be one that she shows with pride to her own children one day.
