Honestly, I think it's good but not great. 

The hair and costume are very interesting and the model is quite attractive. I like the way the hands and feet are posed and her gaze is great.

There are some lovely shadows on the ground and created by her necklace but somehow, these don't appear anywhere on her face. That to me creates a rather plastic look.

The focus is mostly excellent except for some blur at the top of her head - easily correctable.

Lastly, if this were my shot, I think I'd have pulled back just a bit to put the model in better perspective with the stairs. She looks a bit too giant to me. Perhaps an untraditional crop with more stairs left and right (of course I don't even know if there are more stairs there).

 Her gaze demands attention.Suble background, striking looks ,attention to detail,lighting just perfect.    I just wonder what if she was wearing red lipstick as it would compliment her hair ,hand nails & toenails.   Well done       6

Nice shot.. lighting is good.. My only suggestion would be a lil change in posing style might have made home run...!!!

 When I taught photography sometimes a student would bring me a picture and ask what I thought.  Sometimes I decided to ask the student to tell me what he thought about his own picture because learning to see how one's work compares with others is a very important part of understanding photo composition.

 I would suggest that you look at the current variety of images offerred in the "fashion" category and compare the poses of the various models with this pose and then decide yourself what you think about it.

I like this image.

The model has it all, the look, the contrasting colors from her hair to her fingernails and all the dress accessories.

The background is also good for this presentation.
