I think that's night shot, although ISO100, f/8 and unbelievable 1/500 sec. Those numbers indicate a sunny day light, not possibly night however mighty the reflectors on the airport may be! Anyway, looks most impressive and beautiful!

And must be a great speed because the background is motion blurred and tracking used! Raymond, you must explain this phenomena to me, ha!
