As I walked through the greenhouse on what was perhaps one of the

last Sunny and Warm Sunday afternoons, I happened upon this

Passion Flower, still struggling to keep a 'good face', while the Earth

was saying "Job well done, time to rest till next Season". Our frigid

temps of late have me longing for the warmth I had so enjoyed on that

September afternoon. (Tnks for viewing, Gail)

Gail, you have turned what is an awkward looking flower (in my opinion) into something exquisite. I love the color and the painterly treatment. 

I love passion flowers, such intricate tendrils and delicate petals, this is an imaginative and beautiful take of one, like something the ice queen has cast a spell on in Tales of Narnia.
