This is quite a common subject with a lot of appeal. Rarely do we see a child as the main subject. It is a pity there are not more seats in the image but this is fine as is.

I like how you composed this and grey tones you have here,what I don`tlike too much is the frame that seems to be too distracting for me in a way,just my opinion,the image is very good no need this,best regards.

Great composition, and given the minimalist nature of the photo, the black and white treatment is perfect.   An alternative composition would have been to have the child near the top of the frame, so that the eye follows the pattern of the chairs and then lands on the child sitting at the back.
