This is an exceptional composition.  Cascading water down a series of steps surrounded by green, with a wonderful accent of red flowers in the foreground.  The shutter speed is perfect, ad I like the slightly brighter light on the flowers.  Very well done.

Well composed.  The colors all compliment each other and the framing is a nice touch.
