CRETAN STOCKMAN

GREECE - CRETE – KRASI

..........I met this man a frozen morning in the plateau of Lasithi in

the beautiful Greek island of Crete..........

He was leaving his village very early to go to tend his sheep..........

As he told me, his woolen hat was made by his wife, in order to keep

him warm in the severe snowy whether of the plateau..........

First this is so well seen,image is in an excellent light and all details make this portrait so real,second is the expression that  delight me,he looks so happy and content with his life and with what he did just now,and from here comes a question for us:what we need to be happy in this life?some time people like this one we meet in our life journey and show the truth,but we believe this only for a second,this is what I see in this portrait,compliments from me dear friend.max.
