around 11:15AM (last Friday) when the fog was about to break, seems

to produce good lighting with that condition - Handheld shot!

A fine shot!  The colors are wonderful, the image sharp.  Hard to beat perfection. 

Thanks Steve! Nothing beats being lucky, I was just gotten off the car at lake 2 and this fellow flew by, I shot him handheld and thought it's over exposed but a bit of adjustment result in a very good shot.
