We had two chocolate seal point Saimese males when I was growing up. They were both crosseyed and big talkers. Wonderful pets, both of them. The oldest lived ot be 19 years old, the youngest, about 15.

That eye color is magnificent!  I had a cross between a Siamese and Tortoise-Shell and she had those eyes.  You said it was your neighbor's cat.  Actually no one owns a cat.  Just feed it better than the neighbor and the cat will move in with you.  

I presume you and the cat are on good terms.  You can have a lot of fun trying to get the cat in the right background.  One way to do it is to drop a trail of something nice to eat that leads the cat to the position you want.
