OK, a postcard maybe, only... Note that I always get fascinated by SF and especially love the Golden Gate Bridge... OK, there might be millions of photos of it (by night as well, and a lot of excellent ones among them already, of course). Within my limited time, I try to look for different views / moods, it is hard, but I will go on... Looking for a real "Wow!" image... ;-) Thanks for viewing. Volker

I think you've succeeded admirably with this image Volker! This image has a lot going for it: excellent clarity, beautiful light, original composition, superb color, and expert exposure. Way to go guy!

All the best,

Fantastic image Volker. An original  nightscape with detail of this bridge stealing the attention infront. I really like this idea. Also remarkable are the perfectly straight and vertical lines you have managed to get. You have succeeded in getting a Wow as far as I can see! Well done (7) . . .best regards!

Volker, a very unique perspective of the bridge, and better than any generic postcard. A wonderful view with such great color and detail.

I agree with you, it is indeed a most difficult task, to get an original take on what is such an iconic structure, but here you have succeeded admirably. It certainly has the "wow" factor, and comes across as a powerful and striking image. I would also consider a vertical crop just to the left of the bridge that would give a portrait view of the bridge.

Very well done Volker!

Best Regards

Alf
