At least half a dozen RAW files (exposure ranging from 30s to 1/4s @ f/8.0, ISO 100) merged in PhotoAcute (trial version, hence ugly watermarks) into an OpenEXR file, then processed in Qtpfsgui 1.9.3 and layered in PS as follows:
Mantiuk + Fattal [soft Light @ 20%] + Drago [soft Light @ 30%]
